About us
Welcome to FND HBH
Healing • Belonging • Hope
We are a community-led support space for people living with Functional Neurological Disorder (FND).
This started from lived experience. After being diagnosed with FND, I (Jordan) and my husband (Skye) found ourselves feeling lost, overwhelmed, and incredibly alone.
While conditions like fibromyalgia are more widely understood, FND is still hugely misunderstood leaving many people without the support they truly need.
That’s why this was created.
FND HBH exists to build something different. A space where you are believed. A space where you don’t have to explain yourself. A space where you can feel safe, supported, and understood.
We are here to bring people together, raise awareness, and create a community built on healing, belonging, and hope.
Healing
Healing looks different for everyone. For us, healing isn’t about “fixing” or rushing recovery it’s about learning to understand your body, finding what helps you feel safe, and taking things one step at a time.
Belonging
No one should have to go through FND alone. Belonging means having a space where you feel seen, understood, and accepted without needing to explain yourself..
Hope
Hope is what keeps us going. Not the pressure to be “better” but the belief that things can feel lighter, that support exists, and that you can still build a meaningful life alongside FND.
